Campaign Keywords

Each organization picks its own.

Nonprofits using AstraGive configure their own keywords for different funds and campaigns. Common examples include:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You will only receive transactional messages in response to texts you initiate — a checkout link, a donation receipt, and program responses to STOP or HELP.

Message and data rates

Standard carrier charges from your wireless plan apply to messages sent to and from this program. AstraGive does not charge a fee to receive messages.

Stop at any time

Text STOP to +1 (469) 351-5098 to cancel. We send one confirmation message, then you receive no further texts unless you re-initiate the program.

Carrier liability

Mobile data privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

How Consent Is Captured

You’re always the one starting the conversation.

    A nonprofit organization (the AstraGive customer) prominently displays the program phone number and an opt-in keyword on their public-facing materials — donation pages, printed bulletins, digital signage, livestreams, or service announcements.

    A donor voluntarily initiates a text message by sending the published keyword to (469) 351-5098 from their own mobile device. This act constitutes prior express consent under the TCPA.

  3. 3

    AstraGive logs the inbound message body, originating phone number, and timestamp as the consent record.

  4. 4

    AstraGive returns a transactional auto-reply containing a secure checkout link, plus the required STOP/HELP and rate disclosures. Subsequent transactional messages (donation receipt, STOP/HELP responses) are permitted under the same consent.

We never reach out first.

AstraGive does not purchase, rent, or import phone-number lists. We do not send marketing messages. We do not engage in outbound cold-texting or promotional campaigns. Every conversation begins with a donor texting a published keyword.
